PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I.IAR is the acronym for Interactive Instrument for Autistic Revolution.
And that is what it does: it generates pirate radio messages to coordinate non-existent conspirators.
Messages are created in real-time based on passerby's movement.
The project has been exhibited once only, and just for a few hours.
Soon after the artshow started, Italian Police (Carabinieri and Polizia Municipale) intercepeted the radio transmission and irrupted the gallery, blocking the exhibition and interrogating curators and organizers for several hours.
